Won't even repair their mistakes

I liked this car wash at first, but the last time i went, i had a good sized scratch on the hood and a few on back - all on the driver's side. The car was brand new, so i knew it was not there before. I called them and left them a message about it thinking they could just wax it our or something but never received a call back. Since they could not even call back, i would never use this car wash again. I would at least like that courtesy. If you want a good car wash that will back up the work, then this is not the place.

I TOOK MY 10 YEAR OLD MINI VAN FOR A FULL DETAIL, AND WITH 4 BOYS ALL IN SPORTS, MY VAN WAS DISCUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST. WHEN I CAME BACK TO PICK UP MY VAN I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT WAS THE SAME VAN I DROPED OFF. MY PAINT LOOKED NEW AGAIN AND MY SEATS WERE BEIGE AGAIN.I HAD CLEAN CARPET AND IT SMELLED GOOD TOO. THANK YOU SO MUCH ASAPS.
